Paddlesurf training<\/h3>\n

Paddlesurfing training is a theoretical and practical instruction in paddlesurfing and a good opportunity to have a sporty time with friends while surfing the sea.<\/p>\n

Paddle surfing, or stand up paddle surf (SUP) in English, or hoe he\u00b4e nalu in Hawaiian, is a sport with roots in Hawaii that is rapidly developing worldwide. Paddleboarding has its origins in surfing, when surf instructors stood up on a surfboard to get a better view of their students.<\/p>\n

Laird Hamilton and Dave Kalama were the first to introduce the ancient sport to the modern world of water sports. In 2000, Rick Thomas was the first \"modern\" surfer to bring paddle surfing from the Hawaiian Islands to the continental United States. The new area was quickly adopted by local surfers, as it offers the opportunity to stay on the wave longer and the overview of what is happening is much better.
\nBeing relatively easy to acquire, paddle surfing is today an effective additional training for many top athletes and simply a pleasant pastime for millions of people around the world.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

  5. kneeling rowing<\/li>\n
  6. standing up on the board<\/li>\n
  7. balance and correct posture<\/li>\n
  8. standing rowing<\/li>\n
  9. checking the direction of travel<\/li>\n
  10. maintaining balance with an oar<\/li>\n
  11. rowing while standing at the back of the board<\/li>\n
  12. rotation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The price includes up to<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Paddlesurfing equipment (board, paddle, leg leash), life jacket. Calypso rental and instructor guidance in colder weather.<\/p>\n
