Surf training<\/h3>\n

Surfing for participants of all ages.<\/p>\n

<\/b>We catch waves in Suureranna with south and west winds. Waves occur up to 400 m from the shore in the shallows. If possible, we organize a surfing lesson at Ristna beach with westerly winds.<\/p>\n

It is possible to come to the training alone, with a friend or with a larger group.<\/p>\n

Surfing training plan on shore and in water:<\/p>\n

level 1<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. security<\/li>\n
  2. equipment introduction<\/li>\n
  3. proper board handling<\/li>\n
  4. the abc of surfing<\/li>\n
  5. hand rowing <\/li>\n
  6. standing up on the board<\/li>\n
  7. balance and correct posture<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    level 2<\/h3>\n

    1. staying upright on the borad<\/li>\n
    2. checking the direction of travel<\/li>\n
    3. maintaining balance<\/li>\n
    4. rotation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Depending on the choice, the duration of the surf training is 1 to 2 hours. <\/p>\n

      The price includes: surf equipment, calypso and life jacket.<\/strong><\/p>\n
