Terms and conditions of surf school services and purchase.

  1. Scope and validity of the terms
  • The terms and conditions apply to legal relationships between all persons and Surf Master OÜ (registry code 16421614), the owner of the shopping environment surfmaster.ee (hereinafter referred to as Surfmaster) when purchasing services through Surfmaster.
  • In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of services through Surfmaster are governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
  • Surf Master OÜ is entitled to change and supplement these conditions and price list due to the development of Surfmaster and in the interests of better and safer use of the website. Changes and additions to the terms and conditions and the price list will be announced on the website www.surfmaster.ee through. Changes and additions to the terms and price list take effect from the publication of the corresponding change or addition on the website www.surfmaster.ee If you submitted your order before the changes to the terms and conditions came into effect, the legal relationship between you and Surf Master OÜ will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time you submitted the order, unless otherwise provided by law or these terms and conditions.
  • The owner of the website surfmaster.ee (hereinafter the Website) is Surf Master OÜ.



2.1. Surfmaster's prices are valid for timely payment of the invoice in accordance with the provisions of clause 4.

2.2. All prices include tax rates valid in the Republic of Estonia.

2.3. The prices in the Surfmaster e-shop may differ from the service prices available at the Surfmaster surf school.

Shopping cart and ordering

3.1. You can change the number of products in the shopping cart. You can also change the order quantity of the service. By viewing the contents of your shopping cart, you can always go back to the e-store and choose more services.

3.2. After choosing the desired services, indicate the desired payment method and press "Form Order". Now check again if all the data is correct and press "Confirm Order". You will be directed to the payment page.

3.2. Enter the required information on the subscriber information page.

3.3. Be careful when filling in the fields on the customer's data and order confirmation pages, because the quick and trouble-free processing of the service you purchased depends on the accuracy and correctness of this information.

3.4. The contract for the sale of services is deemed to have been concluded (the entry into force of the Agreement) from the confirmation of the purchase order, therefore, upon confirmation of the order from the e-store, we consider the service confirmed by you to have been purchased. By confirming the service, you agree to all the terms of the service and undertake to pay for the automatically issued invoice.

Payment for services

4.1. You can pay for services on the basis of an invoice drawn up in the e-shop or via a bank link.

4.2. According to the terms of the contract, the amount of the purchase order must be paid to the current account of Surf Master OÜ by the deadline indicated on the invoice.

4.3. The amount of the purchase order must be paid 100% before the service is provided.

Performance or delivery of the service

5.1. After the Agreement enters into force and payment (according to clauses 3.4 and 4.3 of the conditions), the service can be redeemed at the Surfmaster surf school or at another location according to the service description and the booked time.

5.2. The time for the service is reserved by completing the order, and Surfmaster takes responsibility for the service according to the time specified in the reservation. If the weather or some other conditions are unfavorable for the provision of the service, the relevant information will be forwarded to the customer and a new time for the service will be agreed upon. In this case, the purchased service does not lose its validity. Due to the specifics of the service, the service provider cannot guarantee suitable weather and other circumstances, and the customer must take into account when purchasing the service that there may be changes in the service delivery time.

5.3 If the service provider has not notified the customer of the change in the service time, the service will be provided at the time booked by the customer. If the customer does not arrive at the agreed time and place, the service is deemed to have been provided at the end of the booked time.

5.4. In the event that the customer informs the service provider about illness or some other compelling reason within a reasonable time, but no later than 24 hours before the time of the service, a new time of the service will be agreed upon. The service provider has the right to refuse to agree on a new time if no new times are available, there are no vacancies, or the service provider considers that there are insufficient reasons or circumstances.

5.5. If the customer comes to redeem the service, for the sake of faster service, please print out the service invoice or submit an electronic confirmation to the service provider.

5.6. If the order is canceled at the Customer's request, Surfmaster will not refund the money for the purchased service, unless otherwise agreed. In case of cancellation of the order by Surfmaster, 100% of the total cost of the service will be returned to the customer.

Surf Master OÜ is not responsible for:

6.1. For bodily injuries and property damage to the customer during the provision of the service.

6.2. All services are provided at the customer's or the customer's carer's own responsibility. Surf Master OÜ does not take any responsibility for the customer's injuries, death and property damage.

    1. Customer responsibility

7.1. In the course of providing the service, due to the customer's fault, the property damage caused by Surfmaster must be compensated by the customer immediately to the account of Surf Master OÜ or in cash. Property damage is assessed by the service provider immediately when the damage occurs. The amount of damage depends on the extent of the damage and the price of the product.

7.2. The customer is not responsible for normal physical wear and tear of the product.

Vastutus ja vääramatu jõud

8.1. Surf Master OÜ is responsible to you and you are responsible to Surf Master OÜ to the other party for the damage caused by violation of these terms and conditions in the cases and to the extent provided for in the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

    1. Other conditions

9.1. All personal data of the customer that becomes known during the visit to the Surfmaster e-store and making purchases is treated as confidential information. An encrypted data communication channel with banks ensures the security of personal data and bank details of the purchaser. Surf Master OÜ also does not have access to them.

9.2. Issues not resolved separately in these conditions are based on the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

9.3. Disputes arising between you and Surf Master OÜ in connection with the ordering and purchase of services through the Surfmaster e-store will be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, you have the right to appeal to the Consumer Protection Board or the Court for the protection of your rights. Disputes are settled based on the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.


10.1 Images of the Services are for illustrative purposes.

10.2 Prices and availability of services may change without notice. In this case, Surf Master OÜ reserves the right to cancel the sale and return the money to the client's current account within 14 working days.

10.3 Surf Master OÜ reserves the right to cancel the sale if any of the following problems have occurred with the service: there has been a human error when entering the price or a technical error in the system (for example, if a service costing EUR 50 is suddenly on sale for EUR 5, it is clearly an error. Consequently we assume that the customer should understand that this is a mistake and that the service is not for sale at such a price.)

10.4 Service information is checked and improved regularly. The data may have been updated since your last visit. Please always check the data before purchasing the service. If there are inaccuracies in the service list or price, please notify us by email info@surfmaster.ee

10.5 The prices in the Surfmaster e-shop may differ from the surf school's on-site prices.
