Morning yoga & ice bath
Wake up your body, sharpen your mind, and start the day with clarity and energy
We are adding a new powerful routine to the camp morning – a combination of yoga and an ice bath that will take your well-being to a whole new level.
The day begins with a calm morning yoga practice, where you:
- wake up your body
- open up mobility
- create a connection with your breath
Once the body is warm and the mind has calmed, we move on to the next step.
Ice bath – conscious cold exposure and awakening
After yoga, you have the opportunity to go into the ice bath – an experience that:
- awakens the whole body instantly
- boosts energy levels
- strengthens the nervous system
An ice bath is not only a physical challenge.
It is a mental practice where you learn to:
breathe even in discomfort
remain calm under pressure
safely push your limits
Cold water helps to:
- reduce inflammation and muscle tension
- improve circulation
- increase focus
And most importantly –
it gives you a strong feeling for the whole day

Pille Tali
Pille is an experienced yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator, whose journey in the world of spiritual development has lasted for over 15 years. She has studied and practiced various yoga styles, meditation, and breathing techniques both in Estonia and internationally, including in ashrams in Bali and India.
Pille has been initiated as a Sivananda yoga teacher and a Kundalini Tantra yoga instructor. In her guidance, traditional teachings and modern awareness come together, creating a safe and profound space for self-development.
In addition to yoga, Pille is an experienced practitioner and instructor of Liberation Breathing®, helping people release tension, find inner clarity, and restore connection with themselves.
Her greatest passion is supporting people on the journey to themselves – helping them find inner peace, balance, and joy of life.
Risto Kõrgemägi
Risto Kõrgemägi is an experienced surf instructor, sports educator, and former elite athlete whose passion for movement and nature has lasted a lifetime. He has competed at the highest level in both cross-country skiing and biathlon, and for the past 20+ years has dedicated himself to teaching surfing.
Risto is an international kite surfing instructor (IKO), and under his guidance thousands of people have had their first surfing experiences. His teaching style combines professionalism, safety, and an inspiring approach, helping every participant overcome fears and find confidence in the water.
For him, surfing is not just a sport – it is a lifestyle that unites movement, freedom, and presence. Risto’s goal is to offer every participant an experience that not only teaches skills, but stays in their memory for a lifetime.
