to 300,00  from 300,00

Surf, yoga and breathwork camp in Vormsi 2023. The surf, yoga and breathwork camp for parents will take place in the summer of 2023 on the naturally beautiful island of Vormsi, at Rumpo Mäe Farm. Rumpo Mäe Farm is located by the sea and is open to southern and western winds. The weather here is always warm and summery. Pristine nature, silence, and the closeness of country life characterize the island of Vormsi. Our camps offer a unique opportunity to connect with nature, your body, and your soul. Experienced instructors will help you learn surfing, develop your yoga practice, and experience the power of conscious breathing through practice. Surfing, yoga, and breathwork are a great combo for rest and renewal for the body and soul. The camp is designed to provide a sufficient amount of active pursuits, surfing, and mental strength. We will get to know wing surfing and paddleboarding more closely. We begin the mornings with a relaxing yoga class that carries us through the whole day. Friday evening’s breathwork journey releases us from the tensions of everyday life, helps create presence, and clears the mind. We surf on a SUP board toward the sunset and enjoy the silence and the radiance of nature. We meditate and feel the joy of being together.  In the evening, we relax our muscles by whisking ourselves in the sauna. By the bonfire, watching the stars and chatting with each other, we send the day into the evening. NB! No previous surfing experience is required to participate in the camp. NB! When registering for the camp, please choose accommodation (yes or no). The camp fee includes: Surf training in a group with theory and practice according to the program. Surf equipment rental, wetsuit, and life jacket.  Yoga classes according to the schedule. A breathwork session with guidance. Meals 3 times a day according to the program. Use of the sauna and other facilities at Rumpo Mäe Farm. Accommodation for 2 nights at Rumpo Mäe Farm (2–3 participants per room). Camp schedule and more detailed description.

  • LIBERATING BREATHWORK JOURNEY (2 HOURS)

Instructor Pille Tali https://pilletaliyoga.com/about-me/

Liberating breathing is consciously connected deep breathing, through which a large amount of life energy, or prana, enters the body. It is a simple process through which the physical and mental energy level increases. This in turn creates natural healing in the cells as well as in the emotional and mental body. Liberating breathing is the fastest way to free yourself from conscious and subconscious negative thoughts and memories and the suppressed feelings associated with them that hinder your life. Subconsciously held tensions and blockages become conscious and are released. During the liberating breathing process, past traumas are neutralized and negative thought patterns are changed. The sense of happiness and peace of mind deepens, and the person becomes empowered. More information https://pilletaliyoga.com/vabastav-hingamine/

  • SIVANANDA YOGA RETREAT (1.5-2.5 HOURS)

Instructor Pille Tali https://pilletaliyoga.com/sivananda-jooga/

Sivananda yoga is a lineage of ancient and traditional yoga teachings, where the main emphasis is on opening and cleansing the energy channels through the practice of postures and breathing techniques, combined with a yogic lifestyle. The result is healing on both the physical and spiritual level, leading the practitioner to lasting, deep inner peace and happiness.

  • SUP TRAINING AND SUNSET HIKE (2-3 hours)

SUP training is a theoretical and practical introduction to stand-up paddleboarding and a great way to spend time actively at sea and get started with surfing. Stand-up paddleboarding, or in English stand up paddle surf ( SUP ), or in Hawaiian hoe he´e nalu, is a rapidly developing sport worldwide with Hawaiian roots. Stand-up paddleboarding originated from wave surfing, when surf instructors stood upright on surfboards to get a better view of their students. A sunset SUP tour is an enjoyable active activity at sea, where time stands still and the spirit gets a fresh breath of life! It usually takes 10–15 minutes to get used to the board.

  • WINGSURF TRAINING (2–4 hours)

Wingsurfing is primarily a further development of kitesurfing, windsurfing, and stand-up paddleboarding. Standing on the board, the surfer holds a wing in their hands, which the wind carries forward.  The training consists of theory and practical exercises on shore and in the water. More information can be found in the wingsurf training info at https://surfmaster.ee/wingsurf-koolitus-suvel/ The minimum wind required for practical training is from 3 m/s.
