Feedback – father Tarmo, father of a 6-year-old daughter:

“For the first time, I felt that my little daughter and I truly had time for each other.”

The father-child surf camp was our first real adventure together – sleeping in a tent, an evening campfire, and our first attempts at stand-up paddleboarding. What moved me the most was the moment my daughter said, “Daddy, I want us to come back here every summer.” This camp was full of simple but meaningful moments that often go unnoticed in everyday life. Thank you for creating a space where a father can simply be present – playful, supportive, and truly connected with his child.

Risto (camp instructor) invitation

Dear dad,
if you have made it here, then you probably want to be a better role model for your child and spend genuine quality time with them.

You are already a good father. At the same time, it is always possible to grow – through experience, not only through thinking.

This camp gives you the opportunity:

  • to be truly present with your child

  • do something new and developmental together

  • share experiences with other fathers

  • learn through action

We do not focus on theory, but on practical experience. By acting together, moments arise that create trust, strengthen the bond and remain memorable.

At camp, we use nature and the sea as a shared play space, where the child can try, make mistakes and learn. The father’s role is to support, guide and be a role model.

👉 The value of this camp lies not only in surfing skills, but in how you work together.

My goal as an instructor is to create an environment where:

  • the child gains self-confidence

  • father gets better contact with his child

  • moments experienced together create a lasting bond

In the end, you won’t take away with you only a new experience of surfing, but also a clearer understanding, of how to be more truly together with your child.
