Wetsuits Wet Surf Camp in Hiiumaa

Kalipsod Get Wet surf camp in Hiiumaa 2024. Takes place: 31.05-02.06.2024 THE EVENT IS FREE   Who is the camp for? For everyone who wants to get their wetsuit wet 😉 If you love the surfing lifestyle, COME TO CAMP! If you don’t surf yet but are interested in surfing, we will teach you to surf. How does the plan to start the surf season in Hiiumaa sound? A great opportunity to dust off your surf gear and get your wetsuits wet. To spend quality time together with new and old friends and surf a lottt.  The camp takes place in Hiiumaa, at Suureranna, in Ranna Surf Village. If you haven’t visited us before, now is a great opportunity.  The wind directions suitable for us are SE-SW. Suureranna has a sandy bottom and shallow water.  It is well suited for kitesurfing, wing surfing, windsurfing and stand-up paddleboarding. If you want to go crazy in the waves, there are plenty of waves farther out at sea with the right wind direction.  If the winds favor other Hiiumaa spots, then all the best surf beaches are within a 20-minute drive. What do we do at camp? We do what we love most: surf, have fun, and spend enjoyable time together. We check over our surf equipment and share good ideas for the new season ahead. After surfing, we go to the sauna, and in the evening we sit by the bonfire, watch the stars, and tell stories. What else do we offer? Ranna Surf Village has everything necessary for life. Washing facilities, toilets, and a sauna by the sea. If there is not enough wind and waves, stand-up paddleboards and a MEGA SUP board are available for rent on site. On the beach meadow, you can play disc golf and other lawn games. There will be LIVE music and a surf disco. Do you want kitesurfing/wing surfing training or to rent equipment?  For an additional fee, it is possible to take personal or group lessons in kitesurfing or wing surfing.
