Midsummer’s Day at Ranna Surf Village, Hiiumaa 2024. Time: 22–24.06.2024. The event is FREE for everyone The official opening of the summer season at Ranna Surf Village takes place on Midsummer’s Day. The Midsummer activities are traditional and loved by the people of Hiiumaa. What we will do: The Midsummer bonfire will take place on 22.06.2024 at Suurerand by the sea. We will heat the sauna and offer the healthy steam ritual beloved by Hiiumaa locals. Hiiumaa-style tug-of-war competition. We will throw a Hiiumaa rubber boot for distance. We will pass a spoon through clothes the Hiiumaa way We will look for the true Hiiumaa fern blossom and glowworm. We will dance around the bonfire the Hiiumaa way and relax. Stand-up paddle trip on Midsummer’s Day at 20:00–21:30 (22, 23, 24 June). Trips take place if there are at least 5 participants. Price 20 eur/participant including equipment and guide. - Glamping tent, accommodates 2 participants. Separate glamping tents for families according to the number of children. The glamping tent is furnished with furniture, a heater, and a double bed with bed linen. Extra bed option available.
- Surf bus, 2 places. The surf bus comfortably accommodates two participants for the night. The surf bus has a double bed with bed linen.
- Hammock hanging tent, accommodates 2 participants. NB! Please bring a personal sleeping bag or blanket and pillow for the hammock tent.
- Safari tent. The tent can accommodate up to 8 participants. The tent is furnished with air mattresses and bed linen.
- In the large house (on a mattress on the second floor) accommodates up to 20 participants. NB! Furnished with air mattresses and bed linen.
- Caravan spot. Participants have the option to come to the camp by motorhome and park on the coastal meadow.
- I am coming to the camp with my own tent. Set up your tent in the campsite area and bring your sleeping gear.
- Without accommodation. NB! A camp participant does not stay overnight on the camp premises.
