Shakti dance and gong meditation (1.5 hours)
Instructor Merylin Pavel https://www.facebook.com/merylin.pavel

To understand the essence of kundalini yoga, one should begin with what yoga is in the first place? Some believe yoga is a religion; others, meanwhile, think that yoga consists of physical exercises to strengthen their health and life force; still others believe it is a psychological system, etc. In essence, yoga is a relationship (in English relationship). The roots of the term “yoga” come from Sanskrit (“jugit”), and in translation it means union (joining with something). Through yoga, individual consciousness is united with Universal Consciousness. It is a technology for expanding one’s consciousness. By practicing yoga, one can break subconscious limitations. It gives the opportunity to use one’s full potential to experience the Infinite Self.
In today’s world, yoga is essential, because more and more people ask themselves questions: who am I? where do I come from? where am I going? Unfortunately, answers to these questions can only be found within oneself, through personal experience. The Infinite cannot be conceptualized – it can only be experienced. Breathing techniques “the power of word and thought” as an open discussion circle. (1.5 hours)
Instructors Merylin Pavel
Breathing is the most important process because it affects every cell in our body. Read how it should be done.
Many people breathe incorrectly, using only a small part of their lung capacity, while shallow breathing leaves the body without oxygen and prana, or life force. Correct breathing is deep and slow; it calms, increases concentration, reduces anxiety, creates inner balance, and makes you more radiant and beautiful.
Here are some wonderful pranayama breathing techniques that delight our body and mind.
Ujjayi Pranayama or victorious breathing
It is also called ocean breathing, because the sound produced in the throat resembles the movement of waves onto the shore. Ujjayi breathing relaxes, makes the mind calm and focused, and brings new energy into the body.
Abdominal Breathing Pranayama or belly breathing
Belly breathing balances emotions, also strengthens the abdominal muscles, and helps the back muscles maintain posture. It also stimulates the digestive system well.
Nadi Shuddhi Pranayama or alternate nostril breathing
Although both of a person’s nostrils work simultaneously during breathing, one side of the nose is always more dominant. The dominant nostril changes every 2 hours.
This exercise helps change the dominant side of the nose. Starting to breathe through the right nostril makes us more energetic, while left-side breathing calms and relaxes.
- SUP TRAINING AND SUNSET TOUR (1.5 hours)
Instructor Risto Kõrgemägi

Paddleboarding training is theoretical and practical paddleboarding instruction and a great opportunity to spend time actively on the sea and get started with surfing. Paddleboarding, or in English stand up paddle surf ( SUP ) or alternatively in Hawaiian hoe he´e nalu, is a rapidly developing sport worldwide with Hawaiian roots. Paddleboarding originated from wave surfing, when surf instructors stood up on surfboards to get a better view of their students. The sunset SUP tour is an enjoyable active activity on the sea, where time stands still and the spirit gets a new breath! It usually takes 10-15 min to get used to the board. https://surfmaster.ee/aerusurfi-koolitus/
