Men’s POWER and SURF camp in Hiiumaa Dates: 15-16.06.2024 17-18.08.2024 RESERVE MAN, do you want to find your true power and unite with the forces of nature? The camp has been designed to help men discover the strength hidden within them and to balance their mind and body. Your part in this adventure is to take part in learning warrior power walking and breathing techniques offered by Tõnu Talimaa. Surf activities are led by Risto Kõrgemägi, who knows exactly how to make men’s eyes shine and raise adrenaline in the body. In the evening, we will enjoy sauna pleasures together and the Hiiumaa health whisking ritual, which prepares us for an open discussion circle by the campfire with Tõnu and Risto. Sunday begins with the sound of the alarm clock and breakfast, followed by a workshop on mindful training and nutrition led by Erkki Murakas and a circuit workout on the coastal meadow. In the afternoon, we will once again take on paddle surfing and MEGA SUP and conclude the camp ceremoniously. Does this program feel like it is just for you?
