Kitesurfing (main focus) safety and understanding the wind kite handling on land and in water body and kite coordination first rides on the water kitesurfing training takes place in group lessons of 3–5 participants The kitesurf training program is built according to IKO international standards https://surfmaster.ee/lohesurf-koolitus/ Training also in windless weather. We do not waste a single day. If there is no wind, we train skills through: wakeboard (behind a motorboat) foil and wave board, SUP (according to skill level) skimboard (balance and control) SUP (endurance and feel) MEGASUP for fun and teamwork wing surfing (in light wind). Learning to feel the wind and the wing, maintaining balance on the board, moving in different directions (crosswind, downwind, upwind). 👉 all of these develop the skills needed for kitesurfing. The camp schedule is planned so that each day includes diverse activities, while remaining flexible enough with regard to the weather and the young person’s needs.

12:00–12:30 – Arrival and accommodation

12:30-13:30 – Lunch
13:30–14:00 – Getting to know each other and camp opening

14:00–17:00 – Introductory kiteboarding training
(theory + first exercises) In windless weather, other water activities.

17:00–18:00 – Dinner

18:00–19:30 – On the beach meadow (ball games, strength, coordination, supportive activities)

20:00–21:30 – Sauna + video evening + discussion evening for young kiteboarders

22:00 – Quiet hours


Tuesday

08:00-08:30 Wake-up, morning exercise

08:30–09:30 – Breakfast

09:30–13:00 – Kitesurfing training
(skill development, water training) Alternative water activities continue in windy weather.

13:00–14:00 – Lunch

14:00–17:00 – Kitesurfing training continues. In calm weather, alternative training
(wake / foil / SUP / skim)

17:00–18:00 – Dinner

18:00–19:30 – Group activities and games

20:00–21:30 – Sauna + video + closing party + grill/chill

22:00 – Quiet hours


Wednesday

08:00-08:30 Wake-up, morning exercise

10:00–12:00 – Final kitesurfing training session

Previous surfing experience and swimming skills are not required. The only important thing is that the young person is not afraid of water. All activities take place in shallow water, and safety equipment is used (wetsuit and life jacket).

The camp fee includes:

  • Accommodation either in a large large tent or in the house (on a mattress on the 2nd floor; you must bring your own sleeping bag – according to your choice).
  • Meals 3 times a day according to the program.
  • Guidance from experienced coaches and ensuring the safety of the youth.
  • A wetsuit, life jacket, and surfing equipment for all participants.
  • Necessary equipment for camp activities and guided activities.
  • A certificate and awards at the end of the camp.

Camp organizer – Risto Kõrgemägi

Risto Kõrgemägi is an experienced surf instructor, father of two, sports educator, and former elite athlete whose passion for movement and nature has lasted his entire life. He has competed at a top level in both cross-country skiing and biathlon, and for the past 20+ years has dedicated himself to teaching surfing.

Risto is an international kitesurfing instructor (IKO), and under his guidance thousands of people have had their first surfing experiences. His teaching style combines professionalism, safety, and an inspiring approach, helping each participant overcome fears and find confidence in the water.

For him, surfing is not just a sport – it is a lifestyle that brings together movement, freedom, and presence. Risto’s goal is to offer every participant an experience that not only teaches skills, but stays in their memory for life.
