Liberating breathwork journey (2 h)

“Liberating breathwork is the yoga of the modern person” Maha Avatar Babaji, Indian saint.
Liberation breathing is consciously connected deep breathing through which a large amount of life energy, or prana, enters the body. It is a simple process through which physical and mental energy levels increase. This in turn creates natural healing in the cells as well as in the emotional and mental body. Liberation breathing is the fastest way to free yourself from conscious and subconscious negative thoughts and memories and the suppressed feelings connected to them that inhibit your life. Subconsciously held tensions and blockages become conscious and are released. During the process of liberation breathing, past traumas are neutralized and negative thought patterns are transformed. The sense of happiness and peace of mind deepens; the person becomes empowered.

The teacher of liberation breathing is Pille Tali, initiated by the pioneer of this field, Sondra Ray.
The individual process begins with a conversation to identify past traumas and family patterns, as well as current challenges in life, with the aim of opening up topics that need healing.
The breathing process takes place lying on your back on a mat, and the process is entered through continuous, pause-free, conscious breathing through the mouth. The inhalation is deep; you breathe into the chest with an open mouth, fully filling the lungs with air. The exhalation is free and relaxed. There are no pauses between inhaling and exhaling. Entering the process takes 5–15 minutes. After breathing for some time, you will feel tingling in the body, caused by the flow of life energy into the body. During the process, you may experience different emotions, see images, become aware of thoughts and thought patterns that arise from the subconscious. Everything that surfaces for you is cleansing and healing, in which you are supported and guided through. The active breathing process lasts about 45–60 minutes. The process ends with blessings and prayers, and the person can receive important insights from within themselves.
It is especially possible to relax deeply into yourself by breathing in warm water. Warm water is like a mother’s womb, and the experience of being in it exists in every person’s cellular memory. By bringing yourself back to the period of life before learning to speak, and relaxing tensions that have remained from that period and unraveling deep patterns of core beliefs, your present life becomes more flowing and relaxed.

SUP training + water tour (1.5h)
A paddleboarding tour with friends to enjoy an active activity on the sea, where time stands still and the mind gets a fresh breath! The paddleboarding tour lasts 1.5 hours. We tour according to weather conditions starting from Suurerand, on Hiiumaa. No previous paddleboarding experience is required to participate in the SUP tour. It usually takes 10–15 minutes to get used to the board.
A peaceful and connecting experience at sea – the ideal way to end the day.
Pille Tali
Pille is an experienced yoga teacher and liberation breathing facilitator whose journey in the world of spiritual development has lasted over 15 years. She has studied and practiced various styles of yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques both in Estonia and internationally, including in ashrams in Bali and India.
Pille is an initiated Sivananda yoga teacher and Kundalini Tantra yoga instructor. In her guidance, traditional teachings and modern awareness come together, creating a safe and profound space for self-development.
In addition to yoga, Pille is an experienced practitioner and facilitator of Liberation Breathing®, helping people release tension, find inner clarity, and restore connection with themselves.
Her greatest passion is supporting people on the path to themselves – helping them find inner peace, balance, and joy in life.
